Rich Services

The MCU has the following functions:



Holding of conferences through the RM, SMC2.0 or the third-party interface software or
conference control.



Creating ad hoc conferences through SMC2.0.



Built-in Web management system.



SiteCall and the terminal conference control mode.



Following reports to the RM: the packet loss rate of a site, the reason why a site gets
disconnected from a conference, and the reason why a site is not in a conference.



Black box and last word functions

The black box function means that the system can record the important information generated during the
running of the MCU. This function is convenient for locating and analyzing random problems and helps
to solve the system malfunctions.
