Description
Setting
Bit rate
upper
limit
When you set
Bit Rate Type
to
Variable bit
rate
, the bit rate can be adjusted.
The bit rate is associated with the resolution.
[Value range]
1080P: an integer ranging
from 1024 to 8192
720P: an integer ranging
from 512 to 8192
D1_PAL and D1_NTSC:
an integer ranging from
300 to 4096
CIF_PAL and CIF_NTSC:
an integer ranging from
100 to 1024
[Default value]
1080P: 4096
720P: 2048
D1_PAL and D1_NTSC:
1024
CIF_PAL and CIF_NTSC:
512
[Unit]
kbit/s
Frame
rate
Frame rate is the number of frames displayed
in a second.
Increasing the frame rate improves the video
quality but devours more bandwidth.
[Default value]
H.264: 25
MJPEG: 5
[Unit]
f/s
NOTE
When the frame rate is set to 60
fps and the behavior analysis is
enabled, the camera performance
will be deteriorated and image
freezing and artifacts will appear
on live video feeds. It is
recommended that you do not set
the frame rate to 60 fps when the
behavior analysis is enabled.
Image
quality
You can set the I-frame interval when
Coding protocol
is set to
H.264
and
Bit rate
type
is set to
Variable bit rate
.
NOTICE
Better image quality indicates that more network
bandwidth is occupied. You can select proper
image quality based on the site requirements.
[Default value]
Excellent
