2.5 System Requirements
This section describes the ES3000 V3 requirements for server software and hardware.
Hardware Requirements
The minimum requirements for server hardware are as follows:
l 2 GB memory
l To use the ES3000 V3 NVMe PCIe SSD disk, the server must provide at least one 2.5-
inch SSD disk slot that supports the PCIe SFF-8639 connector.
l To use the ES3000 V3 NVMe PCIe SSD card, the server must provide at least one half-
height, half-length (167.5 mm x 70 mm x 18.6 mm) PCIe 3.0 x4 card slot.
