Alarm sent upon entry

Alarm that can be generated when the entry becomes valid:
•
risingAlarm
—Generates a rising alarm if the first sample after the
entry becomes valid is greater than or equal to the rising threshold.
•
fallingAlarm
—Generates a falling alarm if the first sample after the
entry becomes valid is less than or equal to the rising threshold.
•
risingOrFallingAlarm
—Generates a rising alarm or falling alarm if the
first sample after the entry becomes valid crosses the rising threshold
or falling threshold.
The default is
risingOrFallingAlarm
.
Entry lifetime
Lifetime of the entry.
•
If the lifetime is set to
forever
, the entry never expires.
•
If the lifetime is set to an amount of time, the entry is removed when the
timer expires.
Latest value
Most recent sampled value.

interface-type interface-number
: Specifies an interface by its type and number. If you do not specify
an interface, the command displays RMON statistics for all interfaces.
Usage guidelines
This command displays the cumulative interface statistics for the period from the time the statistics
entry was created to the time the command was executed. The statistics are cleared when the
device reboots.
