Backup
HP recommends that you back up the print server con fi guration whenever a new printer is added to the
network and the print server con fi guration is modi fi ed. For details on implementing the backup solution,

HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools
HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools (L&TT) provides functionality for fi rmware downloads,
veri fi cation of device operation, maintenance procedures, failure analysis, corrective service actions, and
some utility functions. It also provides seamless integration with HP hardware support by generating and
e-mailing support tickets that deliver a snapshot of the storage system.
