Control Tutorial Taining CD, P/N CA272-00530. 

If the software upgrade procedures only are performed without performing the 
hardware upgrade procedures, go to the Testing section now and skip the other 
intervening sections.  

Scaling 

Perform thjis procedure here only if you are iimplementing the woftware only upgrade. If you 
are also performing the Cluster 1 hardware upgrades, perform this procedure in the Post 
installation procedures. 

•1.  Perform the Scaling wizard. 

Substrate Scaling Correction – ws4000 

The following procedure describes how to perform the Substrate Scaling Correction 
for each new substrate type used. 

•2.  Customer Engineers (CEs) should perform this procedure in Technician 

mode. Operators should perform it in User mode. In User mode the Image 
width field does not appear on the Substrate Scaling Correction screen. If 
performing this procedure in Technician mode, set the mode now.
