•13. Open the vacuum box Diagnostic screen.

When there is nothing inside the vacuum box, all three sensors on the screen should
be clear (indicating Uncovered).

•14. If a sensor indicates COVERED, remove the sensor strip and see

whether something is covering the sensor or the hole in the vacuum
box.

a. Realign the sensor strip on the vacuum box.

b. Reinstall the sensor strip on the vacuum box.

c. Ensure that the screws are tightened all the way.

d. If the sensor still does not register, replace it.

Replacing a vacuum box or web break sensor

This procedure is applicable for the web break sensor and the vacuum break sensor.
