Add Menus (HP LaserJet 4100mfp and 9000mfp)

Click the Add Menus button to add a menu that creates a function-
key hierarchy. The menu items are elements within a function-key tree
hierarchy. The items do not contain any other document-processing
attributes.

Use the Menu buttons to organize the digital-sending document
hierarchy.

Add Form (HP LaserJet 4100mfp and 9000mfp)

Click the Add Form button to add a form that captures index data and
