5. Fault correction

AL 171

Maximum preheat time exceeded

No flame formation during preheat pro-

cess. Preheat process cancelled.

a) Clean the burner pot (see sect. 4.6) and empty the ash

pan (BioLyt Standard). Press Reset key.

b) Because of too much pellets dust the conveyer system

will get empty. (but eventually, meanwhile a pellets inlet

was started.)



a) Check the connection cable or connection between

the InfoDisplay and the automatic burner control unit.

Inform the Hoval Customer Service or the heating en-

gineer.

b) Connect the automatic burner control unit. Inform the

Hoval Customer Service or the heating engineer.

Internal error occured

Internal communication error. Boiler

goes into burnout mode.

When this error appears, the unit is reset automatically

after 1 minute.

Please contact the Hoval Customer Service or the

heating engineer if the fault reappears shortly after-

wards or at regular intervals.

AL 195

Combustion chamber door open

during operation

Boiler goes into burnout mode.

Close the combustion chamber door. The door may

only be opened when the burner is turned off. Press

Reset key.

Non-observance can lead to permanent damage

of combustion chamber parts due to temperature

peaks!
