Status display



Description of display lamps

HOLD indicator



Illuminated in the hold mode (when the transmission output is held).



Starts blinking when contact input is received or when the hold mode
becomes active due to an error.

CAL indicator

Illuminated when the calibration mode becomes active.

EXT1 indicator Illuminated when contact input 1 is received.

EXT2 indicator

When the flow switch is connected to the input terminal, the contact is short-
circuited. At this time, the EXT2 indicator on the display part is illuminated.

CLN indicator

Illuminated during the cleaning process.

FAIL indicator

Illuminated when the FAIL signal is output via the relevant contact.

System error

indicator

Turns ON when system error E-90, E-91, or E-92 occurs.

Sensor error

indicator

Turns ON when one of the sensor errors E-11 through E-72 occurs.
