FUEL SYSTEM

THROTILE VALVE INSTALLATION

RETAINER

Install the jet needle on the throttle valve and secure

with the needle retainer.

Assemble the seal cap, carburetor top and throttle

spring.

Connect the throttle cable to the throttle valve.

Slide the throttle valve into the carburetor body.

NOTE:

Align the groove in the valve with the throttle

stop screw on the carburetor body.

Tighten the carburetor top.

Install the left frame cover.

Adjust the throttle cable free play (Page 3·4).
