STEERING/FRONT WHEE L/BRAKE/SUSPENSION

INSTALLATION

Position the front wheel between the fork legs.

NOTE:

Align the brake panel groove with the pivot

arm stopper.

Insert the axle shaft through the wheel hub from

the right side and install the axle nut.

Tighten the right and left pivot arm bolts.

TORQUE:

Tighten the axle nut to the specified torque.

Connect the speedometer cable to the speedometer

gearbox.

Connect the brake cable to the front brake arm.

Adjust the front brake lever free play (Page 3-9).

Install the cushion arm covers with the bolts.
