The Station Time and Program Time displayed in the above screen are time left at the station and for
the run respectively, and count down by one second. Note that Program Time also includes the
transition time between stations: elevation of the rack, rotation of the arm, lowering the rack into the
bath.
To add another rack, the user has to place the new rack in the LOAD station, press the RUN key and
follow the prompts on the display to remove bath covers and press ENTER to begin the run.
Pause or Stop a Run
To Pause or Stop the run, the user presses the STOP key and follows the prompt as displayed: press
RUN to resume the run; press STOP to cancel the run.
It should be noted that creating a PAUSE may extend the station times of the racks being processed at
the current stations. While initiating a Pause, if the transport mechanism motion (removing a rack,
rotating to another station with or without a rack, or lowering the rack at a station with agitation)
had already begun, that specific motion will be completed unless the user presses STOP again to
cancel the run.
