Position the machine the right way up and rotate the restrainer in the direction
shown
in the Fig. 15 to position the restrainer 2 mm (0.08’’) above the plate. Then,
unscrew the front handle and use it to tighten the guard in such a way to level the
lower edge of the guard opening with the machine edge indicated in the figure.

Plug the machine control connector into the female socket and connect the control cable to
the male socket of the foot switch junction box (Fig. 16).
