Section 4 - Maintenance

Nozzle Pressure Test - All Nozzles Good

Typical Spray Bar & Nozzle

Tighten each nozzle finger tight, then torque

to 10 ft lbs.

10. Reactivate the waterblasting system by follow-

ing the steps in the Startup Procedure.

11. Follow the steps in the Startup Procedure to

pressure test the spray bar and nozzles.

12.

Confirm at least a 1 inch, needle tight, water

jet is coming from each nozzle.

13. When the pressure test is complete, deactivate

the waterblasting system and return the power

system to the service position.

14. Replace the spray bar protective cover and

gasket.
