Outer motor missing steps
Possible causes:
•
the outer scanner movement is not smooth or
it is striking the frame
•
the motor power supply is not configured
properly
•
there is a fault in the motor power supply board
•
there is a fault in the outer scanner motor
•
there is a fault in the camera controller board
motor drivers
•
the cable connecting the camera controller
board and the outer scanner motor is partially
unplugged or damaged
Corrective actions:
•
check all items above.
E387
Outer laser current sink or power supply failure
Possible causes:
•
the flat cable connecting the camera controller
board and the outer scanner CCD board is
unplugged, missing or damaged
•
the cable of the laser module of the outer
scanner is damaged or there is a fault in the
laser module itself
•
there is a fault in the camera controller board
laser drivers
Corrective actions:
•
check all items above.

Outer laser modulation failure
Possible causes:
• the flat cable connecting the camera controller
board and the outer scanner CCD board is
unplugged, missing or damaged
• the cable of the laser module of the outer
scanner is damaged or there is a fault in the
laser module itself
• there is a fault in the camera controller board

Corrective actions:

check all items above.
