Corrective actions:

check the camera controller board
•
check the encoder
•
check the connections.

Possible causes:
•
the flat cable connecting the camera controller
board and the inner scanner CCD board is
unplugged, missing or damaged
•
there is a fault in the inner scanner CCD board
•
there is a fault in the camera controller board
•
the supply voltage is configured too high on
the power interface board
Corrective actions:
•
check all items above
•
switch power off and on again; should the
problem not go away please call service.

Inner scanner memory not responding
Possible causes:
• the flat cable connecting the camera controller
board and the inner scanner CCD board is
unplugged, missing or damaged
• there is a fault in the inner scanner CCD board
• there is a fault in the camera controller board
Corrective actions:
• check the connections
• check the inner scanner CCD board
• check the camera controller board
• switch power off and on again; should the
problem not go away please call service.
