10.4 People Counting

Purpose

People Counting calculates the number of people entering or leaving a configured area and creates
daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports for analysis.

Go to

Menu > VCA Search > People Counting

Select the camera for the people counting.

Select the report type to Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, or Annual Report.

Set the statistics time.

Click

Counting

to start people counting statistics.

to export the statistics report in Microsoft Excel format.

10.5 Heat Map

Purpose

Heat map is a graphical representation of data represented by colors. The heat map function analyzes the
visit times and dwell times of customers in a configured area.

Go to

Menu > VCA Search > Heat Map

Select the camera for the heat map processing.

Set the report type to Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, or Annual Report.

Set the statistics time.
