Program Code

Description

• Press product 7 to open and close the return valves.

“DcRc” means valves are closed, “DoRo” means valves are open
(driven by the control board).

2.. Press the down arrow and “DISCARDc” and “JIBFILLc” shows in

the displays (driven by the AIF board).

• Press product 1 to open and close the RTI discard valve

(display shows “DISCARDo” when open.

• Press product 2 to open and close the RTI JIB fill valve

(displays shows “JIBFILLo) when open.

3.. Press the down arrow and “SEL-VALV” “AT HOME” shows in the

displays.

• Press product 2 and “REV, CNT” “HOM, POS” followed by

actual data values such as “3.19R 10P” “14.4° 15.2°”. One
revolution of the valve took 3.19 seconds, counted 10 ports
during revolution, the dwell angle of the home switch was 14.4°,
and the dwell angel of the position switch was 15.2°.

• Press product 3 and “CALIBRAT” “AT HOME” show in the

displays. Press ✓ to request a calibration, data values as above
will appear in the display.

• Press product 4 and “NEXT POS” “AT HOME” shows in the

display. Press the left ✓; valve moves to next port position.

• Press product 5 and “CONT RUN” “AT HOME” show in the

displays. Press the left ✓; valve will run continuously until you
press the stop button.

• Press product 6 and “RAW✓MTR_” “D✓HxP*” shows in the

display. The ✓ indicates a signal was constantly on, the “_”
means a signal was constantly off, and the “X” means the
signal was both on and off.

4.. Press the down arrow and “PUMP FP_” “JP_NP_” shows in the

display (driven by the AIF board).

• Press product 1 to turn off and on the filter pump (display

shows “FP*” when on).

• Press product 2 to turn off and on the JIB pump (display shows

“JP*” when on).

• Press product 3 to turn off and on the RTI new oil pump (display

shows “NP*” when on).
