2.5.4 Screen for the device settings (Expert setting)
These symbols and the associated adjustment options appear if the symbol for the device
settings is pressed in the menu for the extended settings.
Reset all user inputs to the factory settings
after a confirmation prompt
Calibrate the pump (drive the rotor exactly 10
revolutions to measure the dosed volume and
thus calibrate the system)
Setting the pump calibration
Insert here the exact dispensed volume per
revolution found in calibration process
Activation of the syringe level counter if a
volume is set here
Adjustment of the display contrast by
touching one of the two semicircles. The area
between the semicircles should be shown in
gray.
Adjustment of the ramp up time of the flow
rate. Effective only in the external time
control operating mode.
Intended for smooth overlapping of a beads start and end. The ramp length may be adjusted
from 0 to 5 seconds. If the ramp up time is set longer than the dispensing time the final flow rate
will not be reached.
Adjustment of the flow rate ramp down time.
Effective only in the external time control
operating mode.
0 to 5 seconds. This ramp time will always be fully appended to the dispense time, even if the
maximum flow rate should not have been reached due to an excessive ramp up time.
PIN Code locking of the parameter settings.
