1.4 Field of Application (Intended Use)

The control unit RC15 is used for controlling the volumetric dosing with a compact rotor pump.
The product supply to the pump is done via a Loctite reservoir, which the RC15 controller
provides with regulated compressed air and electrical control signals.
If dosed product needs to be distributed to the cylindrical inside surface of a bore, a rotor spray
can be connected directly.

Limits of parameter adjustment:
Dispense time: 0,5 to 100 seconds
Dispense quantity: 1µl to 4000 µl (4ml)
The flow rate depends on the pump type and the according volume per revolution calibration:
