Rectification of malfunctions

17.2 LED on heatapp! gateway
LED Description
Steady white Start sequence step 1 - power supply switched on
Boot error - If the LED light up in white after switch on for more than two minutes, disconnect the heatapp!
gateway from the power supply and wait for one minute. Reconnect the heatapp! gateway to the power
supply.
Steady yellow Start sequence step 2 - starting of the operating system
Flashes green Start sequence step 3 - create network and Internet connection
Steady green Network and Internet connection created
Steady yellow Network connection made, no heatapp! base found.
Check network configuration!
Steady red No network connection possible.
LAN: No network cable connected?
Wi-Fi: Incorrect access data?
Flashes red System fault - update via Internet / USB necessary.
Contact your contractor / installation company.
17.3 Fault messages
17.3.1 heatapp! drive
Display Description
E1 ... E4
Fault message E1 to E4 at the heatapp! drive indicate an actuator defect.
Contact your contractor / installation company and have the heatapp! drive replaced.
E5
Fault message E5 means the heatapp! drive cannot connect to the heatapp! gateway .
Check the position and function of the repeaters.
Check the position of the heatapp! gateway .
Restart the heatapp! gateway (disconnect the power supply for 20 seconds).
Perform the function “Repair radio system”.
In most cases the devices reconnect within a few hours and the fault message disappears.
If the fault message persists for more than 5 hours, remove and reinsert the batteries of the heatapp! drive .
Then perform the function “Repair radio system” (see section “Function Repair radio system).
If the error cannot be cleared, disconnect the heatapp! gateway for at least one minute from the power
supply.
