order to assist in the diagnosis of
the problem, this should result in
having to go to the customer’s
home only once.
How To Set Up Warranty Service:
•
Contact one of the
manufacturer’s service
technicians to obtain a CSF
reference number. CSF
number will serve as authoriza-
tion to proceed with warranty
work and will be referenced for
any future warranty work.

merchandise to be returned, an
RGA number (Return Goods
Authorization) may be issued.
A comprehensive RGA Kit
package will be expedited with
instructions and back up
paperwork for the prompt and
safe return of the goods.
