The HydroRite’s Vessel is attached to the plumbing via unions and o-rings.  IF o-rings 

or unions are damaged OR not properly secured, this may provide a leak path. 

Inspect the unions & the o-rings that attach it to the 

plumbing.  IF the o-rings are damaged, replace them
