IF the ‘FLO’ error persists despite running the pump and isolating out the interlock 

switch, then the inline flow sensor is likely the cause of the error.  IF isolating the 

interlock switch clears the error, then the problem is related to the interlock circuit. 

Replace the inline flow switch with the new flow 

switch.  Then restore the interlock switch connection on 

the main panel.  Turn the pump back on & wait 3 

minutes.  IF the error still appears, jump to step 3G to 

troubleshoot the interlock switch. 

Unplug the new flow switch (used in step 3D) & plug 

the interlock switch back into the main panel.  The 

inline flow switch has been confirmed.  Proceed to step 

3G to troubleshoot the interlock switch & its cable 

connections.
