NOTE: Ballasts should be plugged into the interconnect board via terminals 1, 3, & 5.  

Verify the ballasts are plugged into these positions before proceeding. 

Inspect the ballast LEDs.  IF there are NO LEDs 

illuminated, procced to step 1F.  IF the LEDs are 

illuminated in RED, proceed to step 1G. 

Verify 216-264VAC present on the PCB.  IF NO/LOW 

voltage replace the interconnect PCB (

HYX2CSIPCB

).  IF 

correct, replace ballast (

HYXSBCHA

).
