When the HydroRite experiences a ‘SYS ERR’ (system error), the lamp efficiency has
fallen to 70% or lower. Start by cleaning the quartz sleeves. IF the lamp efficiency
has dropped to 0, please contact technical support (908) 355-7995.
Start by cleaning the quartz sleeves & lamp sensor,
following steps on pages 22-25. Once cleaned, restore
system power & wait 30 minutes. IF after 30 minutes
the efficiency is still below 70%, go to 1B.
Inspect each ballast & verify the state of the status LED.
These LEDs provide information pertinent to the
ballast/lamp. IF all ballast LEDs are ON & green, go to
step 1C. IF NOT, jump to step 1E.
