Montage et démontage de l'arbre d'entraînement
7. Lubrifiez généreusement à la graisse les surfaces de friction
du support de cassette (5) et dans la douille de laiton (6) à
l'intérieur du corps de roue libre.
8. Positionnez le corps de roue libre avec la nouvelle cassette
sur le support (5).
9. Insérez l'arbre d'entraînement à travers la douille de laiton
(6) jusqu'à sa position finale. Veillez à l'orientation correcte
de la clavette (7) par rapport à l'entraîneur du moyeu et des
cannelures de l'arbre par rapport à l'entraîneur (4).
10. Vissez à fond la vis M8 (3) à l'intérieur du moyeu de roue.
Attention !
Les vis M 8 de fixation du moyeu doivent être impérative-
ment serrées à un couple de 23 Nm. Employez en plus du
frein filet de résistance moyenne. À un couple inférieur, les
vis peuvent se desserrer et la transmission peut se décro-
cher.
11. Serrez les quatre vis M6 (2) des paliers à bride.
12. Pressez la bague d'arrêt (1) contre le palier à bride extérieur
et serrez les deux vis sans tête.
13. Montez la chaîne et ajustez au besoin le dérailleur et le frein.
Installing the drive shaft
7. Lubricate the sliding surfaces in the cassette carrier (5) and
the brass bushing (6) in the freewheel body generously with
grease.
8. Place the freewheel with the new cassette on the cassette
support (5).
9. Push the drive shaft through the brass bushing (6) into its
end position. Observe the orientation of the feather key (7)
to the hub driver and the joint on the shaft to the drive at-
tachment (4).
10. Tighten the M8 screw (3) in the wheel hub.
Attention!
It is absolutely necessary to tighten these bolts with a
torque of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs). Use medium strength loctite.
Riding with loose bolts poses a high risk of accident and
damage to the frame.
11. Tighten the four M6 self-locking nuts (2) to the flange bear-
ings.
12. Press the adjusting collar (1) firmly against the outer flange
bearing and tighten the two grub screws.
13. Mount the chain and adjust the gear system and the brakes
if necessary.
