Démontage des roues
1. Dévissez l'étrier de frein (1) de son adaptateur.
2. Bloquez la roue et dévissez la vis M8 (2) à l'aide d'une clé
Allen de 6 mm dans le sens antihoraire.
3. Déposez la roue avec son disque de frein.
Montage des roues
1. Orientez l'arbre de telle sorte que la clavette (3) se trouve
en haut. Faites coïncider la rainure (4) de l'adaptateur de
moyeu avec la clavette et emmanchez sur l'arbre la roue
munie du disque de frein.
2. Vissez fermement la roue avec la vis M8 (1) et la rondelle.
Attention !
Les vis M 8 de fixation du moyeu doivent être impérati-
vement serrées à un couple de 23 Nm. Employez du frein filet
de résistance moyenne. À un couple inférieur, les vis peuvent
se desserrer et la transmission peut se décrocher.
Changement de la cassette
Lorsque vous changez la chaîne, vérifiez également l'usure de la
cassette. Souvent, une chaîne neuve ne tolère pas l'association
avec des pignons ou plateaux usés. Pour procéder au change-
ment de la cassette, il faut commencer par extraire latéralement
l'axe droit.
Démontage de la cassette
1. Ôtez la chaîne du dérailleur.
2. Dévissez, sur l'axe droit, les vis sans tête de la bague d'arrêt (1).
3. Détendez les paliers à brides en desserrant légèrement les
quatre écrous autofreinés M6 (2) à l'aide d'une clé à fourche
10 mm.
4. Bloquez la roue droite et, à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 6 mm,
dévissez la vis M8 (3) du moyeu de la roue.
5. Faites sortir l'axe droit suffisamment pour pouvoir enlever
la cassette et la roue libre de l'axe. Si l'axe ne peut être ex-
trait à la main, utiliisez un marteau coulissant.
Attention !
Pour éviter d'endommager l'arbre d'entraînement, la tige
fileté du marteau coulilssant doit être vissée jusqu'en butée
dans le filetage. Il est possible également de démonter
l'étrier de frein et de se servir de la roue aider à la traction.
6. À présent, la cassette peut être démontée et remplacée.
Removing the wheels
1. Loosen the brake (1) on the adapter.
2. Hold the wheel firmly and turn the M8 screw (2) counter -
clockwise using a 6 mm Allen key.
3. Remove the wheels together with the brake disc.
Installing the wheels
1. Turn the axle so that the feather key (3) points upwards. Po-
sition the groove (4) in the hub adapter to the feather key
and slide the wheel together with the brake disc onto the
axle.
2. Tighten the wheel with the washer and the M8 screw (1).
Attention!
It is absolutely necessary to tighten these bolts with a
torque of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs). Use medium strength loctite.
Riding with loose bolts poses a high risk of accident and
damage to the frame.
Replacing the cassette
When replacing the chain, check the cassette for wear. Often, a
new chain can not be fitted with a worn cassette. To replace the
cassette, the right axle must be pushed out to the side.
Removing the cassette
1. Remove the chain from the derailleur.
2. Loosen the grub screws at the adjusting collar (1) on the
right axle.
3. Relax the flange bearings by loosening the four self-locking
M6 nuts (2) with a 10mm open-end wrench.
4. Hold the right wheel and loosen the M8 screw (3) with a
6mm Allen key from the wheel hub.
5. Slide the right axle out so that you can pull out the cassette
along with the freewheel from the axle. Use a slide hammer
if the axle can not be pulled out by hand.
Attention!
To avoid damage to the drive shaft, the slide hammer
thread rod must be screwed into the thread as far as it will
go. Alternatively, the brake caliper can be removed and the
wheel used as a pulling aid.
6. Now the cassette can be dismantled and replaced.
