2.14 Parallel Remote Control Connections

External Parallel remote control units can interface at the External I/O Board in the 
rear of the cabinet. J13 through J17 are for remote Control, Status and Analogue 
readings. The connectors are organised as follows:

J13 and J14 - Remote Transmitter Control Functions

•

J15 and J16 - Remote Status Outputs

•

J17 - Remote Analogue Metering Outputs

NOTE:

The forward slash ( / ) in front of a signal name means active low. The signal 
/INPUT 1 for example is activated by momentarily bringing that input low. 
Signal names without the forward slash are considered active high. This con-
vention is used throughout the schematics.
