A minus (-) value has been entered as the
LO ALARM, HI ALARM, LO SHUTOFF or
HIGH SHUTOFF. Press the Clear button to
indicate a positive (+) value.
2.
The value entered for SHUTOFF OUT (%)
is more than 100. Enter a value between 0
and 100.
An invalid entry in the Time and Date has been
entered. Time and Date format is:
Time: HH:MM:SS (H=hours, M=minutes,
S=Seconds)
Date: MM/DD?YY (M=month, D=Day,
Y=Year)

A minus (-) value has been entered as the
START (LO), STOP (HI), SHUTOFF (L0), or
SHUTOFF (HI). Press the Clear button to
indicate a positive (+) value.
2.
HI SHUTOFF value is less than the STOP
(HI) value. The LO SHUTOFF value must
be less than the START (LO) value.

The value entered for LO RATE CAL% is
higher than the existing HI RATE CAL%
value.
2.
The value entered for the HI RATE CAL% is
lower than the existing LO RATE CAL%
value. Enter the other RATE CAL% first
depending on which parameter is incorrect.

A minus (-) value has been entered as the
LO or HI value. Press the Clear button to
indicate a positive (+) value.
2.
LO value is greater than the HI value. Enter
a LO value that is less than the HI value.
3.
Value entered for Averages was less than
one (1) or more than twenty (20). Enter a
value between 1 and 20.

RATE SET POINT
Value entered for RATE too low resulting in a
negative rate of flow or NEGATIVE OP%.
1.
Enter a larger value for RATE.
2.
Perform a Rate Calibration at LOWER OP%
rates in order to get a better slope at the
lower end.

The unit has a capability of a 10 to 1 turn-
down for rate speeds. Avoid trying to control
higher turndown rations.
SYSTEM MUST

CALIBRATION
The rate controller batch must be STOPPED, as
indicated by the “OFF” displayed on the bottom
left part of the display.

TION ALARM
TUNING/CONTROL
The Rate Exception Control mode was entered
during a batch for the entire duration of the REC
Time set in the Tuning/Control Menu.
Possible Causes:
1.
The scale or feeder had been bumped.
2.
See “Possible Causes” for HI RATE
ALARM.
