Defects -‐‑ Malfunctions

I
n case of defects or malfunctions such as jerky lift movement or deformation of
the superstructure, support or lower the lift immediately
•
Turn off and padlock the main switch. Contact qualified service personnel
•
Once any button is actuated, press the Up button, the lift moves until the button is
released
•
When the Up button is released, press the Unloading Handle once to set the lift on
the mechanical locks automatic.
•
Press the Up button once first, insure the safety plate is in disengaged position,
•
press the Unloading Handle to lower the lift
Unloading handle has red knob on it. Up button is green.
2. Introduction on Main Parts of the Lift
The four post parking lift is the more convenient lift for parking the vehicle. The following
words will help you understand the working principle of the device before using. Please
read this instruction manual carefully, so it will help you operate and maintain this device
in the correct way and prolong its lifespan.
The lift is characterized with its simple and
reasonable structure, low noise, and steady rising and lowing. After installation, connect
the power to the power unit, the gears begin to work and the hydraulic oil enters the oil
cylinder and pushes the piston rod, which causes the cable to lift the two platforms to rise..
It’s not allowed to lift vehicle whose rated weight is above 4000kg with this equipment.
If the weight of the vehicle is uneven or over a narrow area the lifting capability will reduce
significantly.
