Use side cutters to trim the pushrod tube at the front
edge of the servo tray.

Slide a clevis retainer (silicone tubing) over the nylon
clevis. Thread the clevis on the 23

-inch (570mm)
pushrod wire. Slide the wire into the pushrod tube, then
connect the clevis to the carburetor throttle arm. Slide
the clevis retainer (silicone tubing) over the forks of the
clevis to secure its position.

Slide the pushrod wire through the connector on the
servo. Close the carburetor, and move the throttle stick to
low throttle. Tighten the setscrew to secure the pushrod
wire in the connector.

Use medium CA to glue the pushrod spacer to the
pushrod tube and fuselage side to support the pushrod.

Attach the muffl er to the engine using the screws
included with the muffl er.

Fit the spinner backplate to the motor. It may be
necessary to enlarge the hole in the backplate or use the
included adapters to fi t the propeller shaft.
18.
Attach the propeller using the adapters and washer from
the spinner. Tighten the fi rst nut, then hold it securely
while tightening the second nut.
19.
Attach the spinner cone using the hardware included
with the spinner.
FUEL TANK INSTALLATION
1.
Prepare the stopper assembly by placing a small amount
of solder on the end of the tubes shown. This will help
keep the fuel lines secure when installed. Use care not
to overheat the tubing, which could melt the stopper
material.
2.
Secure the tubing to the clunk and tube from the stopper
using thin wire. This will keep the tubing from sliding
loose inside the tank. Use the clunk and tubing included
with the engine.
