Depending on the version, the measuring device is used to
test the clamping force, the axial force or the draw-in force.
The measuring device consists of a basic unit, the IT module,
and a measuring unit, the TEST module, which can be sep-
arated from each other.
The clamping device is equipped to hold the measuring de-
vice.
The measuring device is clamped by means of the clamping
device.
The TEST module determines the force by means of sensors
and transfers it to the IT module.
The TESTit software is designed to be used not only with the
TESTit V2, but also in conjunction with the TESTit V1.
TESTit V1 devices must be taught and in this way learn the
software.
TESTit V2 devices [TEST module and IT module] only need
to be within radio range to connect.
The measured values are transmitted via Bluetooth Low En-
ergy [BLE] to the output device with the installed TESTit soft-
ware.
The measurement can be performed either while stationary
and while rotating.
