If the measuring force exceeds the maximum measuring
force by > 3 %, the display changes. In this case, the meas-
ured value in the tachometer is overwritten with the text
»OVERLOAD«.
As soon as the current measuring force is smaller than the
maximum measuring force, the display changes again.
If an overload is indicated, it is recommended that you return
the TEST module to HAINBUCH for checking and factory
calibration.
9.4.7 Checking the connection between TEST module and the IT module
An IT module cannot be connected to the TESTit software
unless an TEST module is attached.
To ensure that an IT module is correctly connected to a
TEST module, a query of the TEST module takes place.
whether the TEST module is still connected to the IT module
is determined while a connection exists between the TESTit
software and the measuring device.
If a TEST module is disconnected from the IT module while
the measuring device is connected to the software, the
measuring device is disconnected from the TESTit software.
In the TESTit software, the following message window draws
attention to this.
