4.2 Accessories required
4.2.1 Display unit / USB stick with TESTit software
The TESTit software is already preinstalled on the display
device that may be supplied.
The TESTit software, which must be installed on the display
device, is on the USB stick that may be supplied.
The Bluetooth connection with the IT module is established
via the internal Bluetooth interface of the display device.
4.2.2 TEST module
The TEST module is used to measure the clamping force
on / in the mounted clamping device.
The TEST module is supplied in the size stated in the order.
Together with the IT module, it forms a measuring device
with which the actual measurement is made.
4.2.3 IT module
The IT module is used to transfer the measurement results
to the TESTit software.
Together with the TEST module, it forms a measuring device
with which the actual measurement is made.
4.2.4 Measuring adapter
The measuring adapter is required for measurement of the
pull-in force of a zero point clamping system and for meas-
urement of the axial force of a T211 mandrel.
The measuring adapter is used to connect the TEST module
to the clamping device.
4.2.5 Spindle flange and drawtube adapter
For axial force measurement on the drawtube, a special
spindle flange and a special drawtube adapter are required
to connect the TEST module.
4.2.6 USB charging cable
The USB charging cable is used to charge the IT module.
While the IT module is not in use, it can be charged using
the USB charging cable on the display unit or alternatively
via the power adapter.
A static measurement is also possible during the charging
process.
4.2.7 USB charger / power adapter
The power adapter is used to charge the IT module.
4.2.8 Storage case
The storage case is used to transport and store the TESTit
components.
