6.2.3.2 Conversion of the measuring head [only with O.D. Clamping size 65]

At delivery the measuring head for O.D. clamping in
size 65 it is prepared for 3 clamping points.
NOTE!
For conversion the two measuring bolts next to
the free mounting point must be removed!
For conversion of the measuring head from 3 to 2
clamping points the following steps have to be done:
1. Loosen and remove the two mounting screws [1]
and remove the two measuring bolts [2].

2. Put one of the removed measuring bolts into the
mounting point that was free at delivery.
3. Screw in the mounting screw and tighten it firmly
with the
tightening torque 0.8 Nm
.
NOTE!
Detuning of the sensor due to excessive
torque.
The predetermined torque may not be ex-
ceeded!
NOTE!
After conversion the number of clamping points
must be set in the software!
