Rail systems should be installed in such a way as to
make it possible to take down hoists and traverse
travelling trolleys so that they can be serviced .
This is particularly the case in connection with systems
that are built into ceilings so that it is impossible to remove
brackets .
Rails with milled grooves for removing the hoist are
available .
To remove the transverse travelling trolley from the rail
there must be at least 60 mm (2
3
/
8
") of space from the
track end to the wall on the end where the charging pick-
up is fitted .
As an alternative, the rail can be cut at an angle of
45° – 60 mm x 60 mm (2
3
/
8
" x 2
3
/
8
") .
NB!
Rails with milled grooves, rails at a distance of 60 mm
(2
3
/
8
") from the wall, or rails cut off at 45° must be placed
at the same end as the charging pick-up on the traverse
travelling trolley .
