TrueDetail HDR is the default image sensor mode of the camera, to activate Normal Mode via
the Camera Web Interface go to
Video/Audio > Image Settings > TrueDetail HDR
. Disable
this feature and click
Save Changes
and
Reboot
the camera to apply this change.
The image sensor mode selected will have an impact on resolution and frame rates available.
The Resolutions and Video Source in the Table 3 above are applicable per encoder to Normal
mode streaming only. In TrueDetail HDR mode, due to capacity, the primary and secondary
encoders must share the same Resolution and Video Source, so changes made to one will be
applied to the other.
For instance, if the Primary Encoder Video Source is changed to C and the Resolution
set to 2432 x 1520, then when TrueDetail HDR is enabled, the same settings will be applied
the Secondary Encoder, as shown below.
The frame rate and other settings however can be different.
To show that TrueDetail HDR is enabled and that the two encoders are linked the following
symbol
is shown next to each media profile, if you hover above the symbol a pop-up will be
displayed to explain this linkage between the two encoders.
