GETTING STARTED WITH SKYPE
Note:
If added landline contact can not be called, country and city
code must be reentered by appliying settings-general-reset.
To Search for a Skype User
In standby mode, press Left key to enter the main menu;

Use Scrolling key up / down to highlight Search, press Left key to

Use the keypad to enter a Skype name or a full name or an email

Making and Answering Calls
The procedures for making and receiving calls apply to any type of calls —
Skype-to-Skype calls, SkypeOut calls and SkypeIn calls. Furthermore, you
can use your phone for landline telephony.
In standby mode, press any button on keypad except “Talk” button to
make the backlight come on before enabling any function. (It means 1st
press to turn on the backlight, 2nd press to activate the function button.
This is correct for all buttons except for “Talk” button.)
To Answer a Call
- Press the Call key to a answer call or
- Press Left key to answer a call or
- When the AUTO TALK is turned on, you can simply answer the call by
lifting the handset from the base unit (see AUTO TALK part).
You can turn the speakerphone on by pressing Speakerphone key while
answering calls; press this key again to turn the speakerphone off.
To Reject a Call
Press Right key to reject a call before answering it.
To End a Call
- Press End key or Right key to hang up.
To Make a PSTN Call
Dial number from idle screen directly.
