Caution: to minimise the nozzle wear, it is best to filter paint each time before use by using sift-bag
and regularly clean all filters and sifters.
Replace the nozzles before they become too much worn. Used tips result in paint loss, too heavy spray-
ing and hamper starting of the painting and in general decrease the painting effectiveness.
If the tip is of a size of maximum recommended for a given sprayer, along with the usage the speed
of liquid collection of the tip will exceed the device operating speed. If the tip does not provide suf-
ficient amount of time when using the maximum recommended tip size, it is a sign that the tip is
excessively used.
CLEANING
After a day work is finished, retrieve the substance from the device and clean precisely the device itself.
It will help to avoid drying of the substance in the pump or hose.
BE CAREFUL: under no circumstances allow for drying of the spraying substance in the pump. If
the substance dries in the pump or hose, the pump will have to be entirely disassembled and reassem-
bled and the hose will need to be replaced with a new one.
1. Reduce the pressure in the system by using the decompression procedure.
2. Remove the tip and the tip shell, sink them in a proper solvent for a given spraying substance.
3. Rinse the suction tube and place it in the bucket with a proper rinsing solvent. Usually it is
water (for water-based substances), white spirit (for oil-based substances) or varnish diluter
(for varnishes). Some substances, e.g. compound materials or epoxide resins, might require
use of special rinsing liquids.
4. In order to retrieve the substance from the pump, place the drain tube in the bucket with
a clear spraying substance. While the drain valve is still open, switch on the device and ro-
tate the pressure regulation toggle clockwise, enough for the pump to start working. Observe
the substance coming out of the drain tube until it runs thinner. It signals that the pumped out
substance is the rinsing liquid. Now move the drain tube to the waste bucket and continue
rinsing until the rinsing liquid is clear.
5. Switch off the device and set the pressure regulation toggle to minimum. Close the drain valve.
6. In order to retrieve the substance from the system: remove the tip and tip shell, aim the bucket
at the bucket with spraying substance, keeping the trigger released.
7. Place the waste bucket next to the bucket with the spraying substance.
8. Make sure the pressure regulation toggle is completely turned down and switch off the device.
9. With the trigger kept open slowly turn the pressure regulation toggle clockwise, increasing
the pressure just enough so the pump can start working.

Let the pump work and observe the liquid coming out of the gun. Let the substance flow until
it runs thinner. It indicates that the rinsing liquid is running through the hose.
11. While the trigger is still held, quickly change the aim of the gun from the bucket with the spray-
ing substance to the waste bucket.
WARNING:
do not release the gun while performing the action. If the trigger is released, the pressure
in the device will rise and splatter can occur.
