ALWAYS use protective eyewear, gloves, clothes and respiratory mask in compliance with liquid’s man-
ufacturer’s recommendations.
Hoses:
Tighten all connections with liquid using a safe method before each use. High pressure can lead
to bursting of loose connections or to leakage of the spraying liquid which can result in severe body
injuries.
Use only hoses secured with a spring. Spring protection can help protect hose against tangling up or
other damage which could lead to bursting of the hose and to injuries related to spraying. Prevent tan-
gling and bending of the hoses and protect them against vibrations on rough, sharp and hot surfaces.
If used for hydrodynamic purposes, use only hoses conducting electricity. Check if the gun is earthed
with hose connections. Use only hydrodynamic high pressure hoses with static wire approved for 3000
psi.
NEVER use a damaged hose as it can lead to damage or bursting of a hose and to injuries related
to spraying or other serious injuries or property damage. Before each use check the whole hose if it
does not have any cuts, leakages, attritions, bulging, or displaced connections. In any of such cases
the hose must be replaced immediately.
NEVER use tape or other materials for hose repair because it does not hold the high pressure of the liq-
uid. NEVER RECONNECT THE HOSE.
During spraying and cleaning with inflammable paints and diluters
1. When used for spraying with inflammable liquids the device must be kept at a minimum dis-
tance of 6 m from the area of spraying in a properly ventilated space. The power of ventilation
must be good enough to prevent fumes from accumulation.
2. In order to eliminate electrostatic discharge, earth the spraying device, paint bucket
and the sprayed object. Use only hydrodynamic high pressure hoses permitted for 228 bar.
3. Remove the spraying nozzle before rinsing. Hold the metal part of the gun next to the metal
bucket and use the lowest possible pressure of the liquid while rinsing.
4. Never use high pressure while cleaning. USE THE MINIMUM PRESSURE .
5. Do not smoke in the spraying/cleaning area. NEVER use cleaning solvents with flash point low-
er than 60 Celsius degrees (140 Fahrenheit). The group of solvents include: acetone, benzene,
petroleum ether, petrol, kerosene. Contact the supplier in order to be sure.
PLUGGING TO ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY
Mains voltage must correspond to the voltage presented on the nameplate of the device. Under no cir-
cumstances use the device if the power cord is damaged. Damaged cord must be immediately replaced
by the authorised Customer Service Centre. Do not try to repair the damaged cord on your own. Using
damaged cables can lead to electric shock.
IMPORTANT: use only three-conductor extension cord which has an ground connection with two
prongs and a hole and a socket, to which the plug of the device can be plugged with two holes
and a prong. Make sure the extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord make
sure it has sufficient parameters for conducting of electric current which can be consumed by the device.
