The irreversible thermo-sticker activation is an indication for overheating of the
burner’s inlet pellets pipe. The sticker condition can not be recovered and it is
necessary to remove the reason for its activation. After that the sticker has to be
replaced with new one – to be performed by servicing technician. The activation
of the sticker occurs when hot flue gasses from the burning zone flow towards
the flexible pipe that connects the auger and the burner’s main module, resulting
from increased resistance in the chimney pipe lines or due to decreased chimney
draught. Such situations are considered as emergency and are not covered by
the burner’s warranty.
6.9.
REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE FIRE-GRATE DURING CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE OF THE BURNER FROM SERIES “GP”.
When cleaning the burner’s fire-grate it is necessary to remove it out of the so called
combustion head of the burner’s main module, as presented on Figure 6.19 and Figure 6.20.
The burner’s fire grate has to be removed from the main module after its cooling,
in order to ensure safely operation during its cleaning. To remove the fire-grate it
is recommended to use personal safety equipment and tools (for example pliers).
When cleaning the fire-grate it is required to ensure that its air supplying orifices are well
cleaned, which provides effective burning process and optimal fire-grate cooling.
