1.3 Program Jumper

14. 

BATTERY

 jumper (Figure 3-2)

ON - Connects battery to store user-entered setup vari-
able values even when power is lost or turned off.

OFF - Disconnects battery when the 692 is not to be
used for an extended time.

CAUTION: If loop power is removed from the 692
and you disconnect the backup battery, all stored
setup values will revert back to factory defaults

.
