4. Remove the roll paper stocker from the rear of the printer, and then open the access

door.

5. Remove the jammed paper. When removing the paper, hold it at both sides and pull

it out slowly toward you.

IMPORTANT

When removing jammed paper, be sure to remove it carefully.

If the paper tears and pieces are left in the printer, there is a risk of

damage to the rollers or the printer malfunctioning.

6. Check that all of the jammed paper has been removed, close the access door, and

then press the [POWER] button to turn on the printer.
