Removing a jammed cut sheet

IMPORTANT

Exercise care when removing jammed paper.

Pulling hard on the paper to remove it may cause paper feed prob-

lems due to torn paper fragments remaining inside the printer, dam-

age to the roller claws, or a printer malfunction.

1. Press the [POWER] button to turn the printer off.

Check that the [POWER] button LED is extinguished.

2. Open the center cover.
