13. After performing step 11 at least twice, drain
remaining water from system:
a.
Place drain pan beneath pump lower and
hopper elbow (G).
b.
Remove the material hose prior to pivoting
pump.
c.
Detach pump from hopper and remove
hopper elbow (G) between hopper and pump
lower.
d.
Use a screwdriver to lift the pump lower inlet
ball. This will drain the remaining material
from the pump lower. When the pump stops
draining, release the pump lower inlet ball.
e.
Install hopper elbow (G) and attach pump to
hopper.
f.
Starting at the pump, raise the hose bundle
above your head and slowly move towards
the applicator. As you move towards the
applicator, the remaining water in the hose
will drain from the applicator into the bucket.
14. Dispose of all waste material in accordance with
local rules and regulations. See manufacturer’s
SDSs for additional information.
