Leveling the Arm
1) Bring the gate to the down position using the Auto / Manual switch located on the right side of
the PLC controller board nearest the door opening, placing the switch in Auto
2) To adjust the level of the arm for the close position, loosen the wing nut on the down limit cam,
adjust forward or backwards, cycle the gate once up and then down. If the position of the gate
arm is straight across the lane when closed, retighten the down limit cam as much as possible,
so that no adjustment may be necessary in the future.
3) To adjust the level of the arm for the open position, loosen the wing nut on the open cam,
adjust forwards or backwards, cycle the gate once up, if the opening is correct, retighten the
down limit cam as much as possible, so that no adjustment may be necessary in the future.
