LIMITED WARRANTY
GLOBAL PARKING SYSTEMS INC.
Global parking systems warrants that it’s product will be free from defects in workmanship and
materials when installed, used and serviced as intended, as follows:

Electronic, Computerized equipment, Accessories, Electrical & Mechanical equipment, for a
period of 1 year from the date of shipment.

Equipment parts provided under warranty for three months or the duration of the original
equipment warranty if in excess of 3 months.

Purchased parts and in shop services for a period of 3 months.
Global Parking Systems agrees to repair or replace at Global Parking Systems choice and
expense, any defective component. This warranty extends only to equipment and accessories
purchased by the original purchaser, and does not cover, any onsite labor, travel time, mileage,
road surfaces, concrete, or other structures, underground equipment or fittings, shipping or
freight charges, taxes, preventive maintenance and inspections or the replacement of parts that
are expendable. This warranty is void if any modifications, changes or additions to the
equipment are performed without written approval from Global Parking Systems. In addition
this warranty may be voided or further limited if the required and or recommended repairs,
maintenance, on inspections are not carried out as specified or if defect is due to misuse, abuse,
accident, installation not in accordance with instructions or applicable codes, electrical supply
fluctuations of any type, lightening strikes, vehicular collisions, unauthorized repair or incidents
commonly referred to acts of god. Global Parking Systems retains the right to final
determination as to the cause of the defect. Warranty is null and void if payment for all
equipment, software and services has not been made in full.
Global Parking Systems will in no event be liable for any loss of revenue or any direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages resulting from any such defect in material or workmanship.
No other warranty is expressed or implied and Global Parking Systems specifically denies any
warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the merchantability, fitness or suitability for any
particular purpose, activity or location. This warranty statement applies to all shipments made
after May 15, 2009.
