Rice pudding

Ingredients
1 L milk
250 g rice pudding (round grain rice)
2 – 3 TSP sugar
Garnishing: Cinnamon, sugar (to taste)
Preparation
1. Fit the stirring adapter in the mixing bowl.
2. Add milk, sugar and rice pudding to the mixing bowl and cook at level 1 and approx.
90 – 100 °C for about 30 minutes. The measuring cup must not be inserted in the lid!
3. Add the rice pudding to a separate container, let it swell and cool off.
4. Garnish with cinnamon and sugar.
Cooking semolina pudding
Servings: approx.

Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 L milk
130 g semolina (durum wheat)
2 – 3 TSP sugar
Preparation
1. Fit the stirring adapter in the mixing bowl.
2. Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl.
3. Cook the ingredients for 15 minutes at level 2 and 100 °C. Then reduce the temper-
ature to 90 °C and cook for another 15 minutes.

ll a bowl with the semolina pudding and let it cool down.
Tips for tasty rice pudding
and semolina pudding:
If you have a sweet tooth, you
can of course add more sugar whilst
cooking.
When boiling milk, there is always a
risk of it boiling over. Therefore, boil it
without the measuring cup in the lid
opening and if necessary, reduce
the temperature in time.
